This is my version of Double Ka Meetha Recipe and it is not like shahi tukda recipe. Learn how to make absolutely delicious Double Ka Meetha with a different style.

Double ka Meetha
Ingredients
8 Slices of bread
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 pinch of orange food colour
1/4 cup pistachio for garnish
5 Green Cardamoms pods
1 1/2 cup of sugar

Methods
1. To begin making the Double Roti Ka Meetha Recipe we will start by heating oil in a deep bottom pan or wok and put green cardamoms pods till they give up aroma and flavour to the oil and then take them out. Then turn off the heat and take the pan off of the stove.
2. In a mixing bowl add milk and orange food colour mix together.
3. Soak the bread slices into the milk and then place them into the heated oil pan then turn on heat and break all the bread slices and stir them
4. Make sure you keep stirring occasionally else it will stick to the bottom of the pan and can get burnt. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Then add sugar and cook till the sugar moisture dries up for 10 - 15 minutes more on low heat and keep stirring to prevent it from burning.
6. Break 4 eggs and add into the mixture and do not stir, rather let them cook for 1-2 minutes then break the yolks and stir slowly. Once eggs are cooked in their places mix everything together and cook for 10 minutes or until it starts to smell nice.
7. Turn off the heat and let it cool and then take out excess oil. The excess oil can be used for sweets or others foods.
8. A tasty and delectable Double Ka Meetha is ready to eaten as a wonderful dessert option. Garnish with pistachio and can be serve hot or cold.
