finely chopped carrot 3 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder or crushed 1/2 tsp
green chili paste 1 tbsp
chicken powder 1 tsp full
boiled egg whites chopped 3 eggs
roll wraps
plan flour 1 tsp and 1 egg white mix for glue
oil for deep frying
