Aam Ki Lassi from Maimoona Yasmeen’s Recipes
Ingredients:
Dahi (curd): ½ kg
Kate hue aam (diced mango): 1 ½ cup
Shakar (sugar): 100 grams
Doodh ki balai (milk cream): 2 tablespoons
Baraf ke cubes (ice cubes): 10 to 12
Paani (water): 1 ½ cups
Sajane ke liye (for garnishing):

Procedure:
1. Mixer grinder mein dahi daliye.
2. Shakar, aam ke pieces (skin nikle hue) aur doodh ki balai daliye.
3. Mixer ko 2 rounds tak chalaiyye.
4. Mixer mein baraf ke cubes aur paani daliye aur teen se chaar rounds tak chalaiyye.
5. Lassi ko serving glasses mein daliye aur doodh ki balai aur khowe se sajaiyye
