How to Make Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- Iceberg (cube cutting) 200g
- Tomato (cube cutting) 2 pieces
- Yellow Capsicum (cube cutting) 1 piece
- Green Capsicum (cube cutting) 1 piece
- Red Capsicum (cube cutting) 1 piece
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Paneer Cheese (cube cutting) 25g
- Olive Oil 3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
Method:
1- In a bowl, add iceberg, tomato, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, red capsicum, cucumber, onion, paneer cheese and mix it.
2- In a pan, add and mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, parsley, black pepper powder, oregano.
3- Now add it with mixed vegetables and mix it.
Your tasty Greek Salad now ready to serve.
