Goat Hearts: 4
Goat Brain: 2
Chopped Tomato: 200 gm
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 Cups
Lemon Juice: 3 Tbsp
Chopped Green Pepper: 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Ginger Thin sliced: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1 TSP or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric: 1 TSP
Special Kata Kat Masalah:
Qasoori methi: 2 Tbsp
Crushed Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Fennel seeds: 1 Tbsp Crushed
White Cumin Crushed: 3/4 Tbsp
Coriander seeds Crushed: 3/4 Tbsp
BASIC GARAM MASALAH:
Black Pepper: 1 TSP
White Cumin: 1 1/4 TSP
Black Cardamom: 1
Cloves: 5
Fine grind all ingredients of Basic Garam Masalah.
