Aaloo Gosht 2 MUTTON || how to make Punjabi style potato and mutton curry

AALOO GOSHT ( panjabi style )
mutton 1/2 kg mix meat
potatoes 1/2 kg
onion 1 large sliced
tomato 1 med peeled and chopped
yogurt 4 tbsp
ginger 1 tbsp julienne
garlic+ginger paste 1.5 tbsp
salt 1 tsp full
red chili pwd 1.5 tsp
coriander pwd 2 tsp full
turmeric 1/2 tsp
cumin dry roasted 1 tsp used in last
garam masala pwd use 1/2 tsp in last 1/2 tsp with all spices
oil or ghee 1/2 cup
green chilies to taste
coriander leaves 2,3 tbsp
METHOD:
first slightly fry onions in oil.
when edges become nicely golden add tomatoes,G.G paste,all spices and mix well.
cook it 1 min then add meat and cook it on high flame for 3,4 mins.
when meat water will released and dried add yogurt and mix.
when oil comes out on top add 1 glass water for pressure cooker and 2 glass for pan.
cook it in cooker for 5 to 7 minutes and in pan for 30 to 35 mins.
when meat become 90% cooked add ginger and potatoes.
if a little water is remaining in the pot at that time do not add water for potatoes ,other wise add 1/4 cup.
cook them completely and add 1 glass water for gravy.
gravy should be thin
give it a boil and add green chilies,fresh coriander,remaining 1/2 tsp garam masala pwd
crush roasted cumin in your palm and add and simmer for 2,3 minutes then serve.
serve with naan,kulcha or rice
