Ingredients: 1ts salt, 1ts chilli powder, 1ts coriander powder, ½ ts turmeric, ½ ts cumin seeds, ½ ts grounded garam masala (don't use readymade garam masala or garam masala kept for long time, this ratio can be taken from Pasande recipe), 6-7 dried red chillies; 1 medium sz garlic, 1 ½ inch ginger piece, 7 birds eye chillies, fresh coriander, ¾ cup of greek yogurt & fresh medium chicken,hormone free

Ingredients: ½ ts salt, ½ ts cumin seeds, ½ ts whole black pepper; little fresh mint, 1 clove of garlic, 2 birds eye red chillies, fresh coriander less than mint & 1 ½ cup yogurt
Method: Grind cumin seeds & whole black pepper finely, add hara masala; salt & very little yogurt (if you add more yogurt then it will become lassi),grind. Now add this to remaining yogurt, mix. Don't beat the yogurt too much because it will become thin. This raita will be very good with Karahi Chergha.
