" HOT & SPICY BABY POTATOES " Bajias Cooking

Ingredients! 1kg baby potatoes fully boiled with 1ts full salt. Peeled. Half garlic big sz/ 1 sm garlic. ½- ¾ ts whole black pepper and cumin seeds each. baby habanero/ green chilli if you don't find. ¾ ts crushed chilli. 6-7 tbs lemon juice. 2 red/green chillies. 3/4 ts salt/ as per taste. This potatoes can be made with steak and potato salad. Made in English style also has Asian touch.
You can use grinder if you don't have the pestle and mortar.
