Ingredients! Beef 1 ½ kg cut into long strips. ½ nutmeg/ jaiphal, small piece of mace, Allspice GROUND/ kebab cheeni 1/3rd ts, 1ts full garam masala (check for its recipe on this channel, home made). 1 ½ ts full salt, 1 ½ ts full chilli powder, 1ts full coriander powder. Raw pawpaw/ kacha papita, ginger 1 ½ inch and 3-4 green chillies. 2 large onions sliced thinly and 1 bunch fresh coriander
Mint Chutney: blend green chillies 2-3, lemon juice 1/3rd cup, 1 garlic clove, salt 1/3rd ts- ½ ts and mint half bunch. dish out to a bowl and rinse the blender with little/ 1/4th cup water
Tips for tasty Gola Kebab: 1) Marinate the meat overnight since the raw papaya should work to make meat moist
2) Beef should be tasty
