Michael Jackson's Al Capone Animation

The super-powered FUZZ officer Blaxanie is being held hostage by the Sweater Vest Scurry, a notorious organized crime syndicate. It's up to Blax's effeminate boyfriend Jack to infiltrate the secret underground lair of the SVS using his psychic powers, and restore Blax to her former glory using the top-secret Super Serum.

There's also dancing, because you can't have a Michael Jackson video without dancing! Animation tribute to the King of Pop and homage to the masterpiece that is Smooth Criminal.
