CHICKEN STOCK 4 CUPS
PANI (WATER) 2-3 CUPS
TOMATO PASTE 1 TSP
LAL MIRCH POWDER (RED CHILI POWDER) 1 TSP
NAMAK (SALT) ½ TSP OR TO TASTE
KALI MIRCH POWDER (BLACK PEPPER POWDER) ½ TSP
SOY SAUCE 1 TBS
SIRKA (VINEGAR) 2 TBS
CORN FLOUR 4 TBS
WATER 1 CUP
MIX WELL
ADD GRADUALLY WHILE STIRRING
GAJAR (CARROTS) JULIENNE ½ CUP
BAND GOBHI (CABBAGE) JULIENNE ¾ CUP
COLORED BELL PEPPER JULIENNE ½ CUP
