Ingredients:

1 -- cup: Yogurt
2 -- tbs: Ginger Garlic Paste
1 -- tsp: Salt
½ - tsp: Garam Masala Powder
1 -- tsp: Tandoori Masala
4 -- tbs: Lemon Juice
1 -- piece of coal for smoke
For Rice:
1 ½ - Kg: Basmati Rice
1 ½ - Cup: Cooking Oil
3 -- Large Size Onions - sliced
2 -- Black Cardamoms
7 -- Green Cardamoms
1 -- tsp: Cinnamon
1 -- tab: Cumin Seeds
7 -- cloves
11 -- black pepper
2 -- bay leaves
3 -- tbs: Salt -- or -- to taste
½ - tsp: Yellow Food Color
1 -- tab: Kewra - essence
