Chicken Bread recipe


Step 1:
Ajza for Bread:
- Maida (flour) 2 cups
- Cheeni (sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (salt) 1 tsp
- Pani (water) warm 5-6 tbs or as required
- Doodh (milk) room temp ¼ cup
- Khameer (yeast) instant 1 & ½ tsp
- Oil 5-6 tbs

Directions:
- Sab se pehle maiday main namak, cheeni and khameer shamil karden.
- Ab is main doodh aur tel daal daal haathon se mix karlen. Aur garha sa bana lein.
- Neem garam pani shamil karte jaye aur maida goondh lein.
- Goondhte hue haath pe and maide pe halka halka tel lagate jaye take maida chipke nahi.
- Jab sab mil kar ek ball ki tarah ban jaye to hatheli se naram goondh lein.
- Last main halka tel maida pe laga k ek container pe cling laga key a geela kapra rakh ke 1-1 ½ hr ke liye garam jaga pe rakh dein.
- 1 se 1 ½ hr ke baad dough ka size double se barh jayega.
- Isko ek dafa aur haath se goondh ke phir 15-30 min ke liye garam jaga pe chhor dein.
- Bread dough tayar hai.

Step 2:
Filling:
- Chicken boiled and shredded 1 & ½ cup
- Namak (salt) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (black pepper) ½ tsp
- Maida (flour) ¼ cup
- Doodh (milk) 1 cup
- Pyaz (onion) chopped 2 tbs
- Zaitoon (olives) 2 tbs
- Makhan (butter) 2 tbs
- Dhania (coriander) 2 tbs
- Shimla mirch (capsicum) 2 tbs

Directions:
- Chicken ko thore se namak and kali mirch ke sath boil karlen, aur haath se resha kar ke alag rakh lein.
- Pan main makhan garam Karen and us main piyaz shamil Karen and naram hone tak pakaye.
- Is main ab maida shamil karke pakaye ke uska jab colour halka change hojaye.
- Pan ko heat se hataye aur us main doodh shamil Karen. Doodh shamil karte waqt isko whisk karte rahe take lumps nahi bane and ball ke surat ban jaye.
- Is main namak, kali mirch, Shimla mirch, zaitoon, hara dhania aur chicken shamil kare, mix karen aur alag rakh dein.
- Filling main apni marzi ki sabzian ya phir qeema waghera bhi shamil kia jasakta hai.

Step 3:
Topping and Assembling:
- Anda (egg) 1
- Doodh (milk) 1 tsp
- Safed til (sesame seeds) as required
- Kalonji (nigella seeds) as required

Directions:
- Tyar dough ko haath ya bailen ki madad se phehla lein.
- Ab dono sides pe knife ki madad se cuts lagate jaye
- Beech main filling rakehin aur braid ki tarah overlap karte hue bread ko band karte jayen.
- Doodh aur anda ko ek saath phent lein.
- Bread ke upper mixture ko brush karein. Til aur kalonji sprinkle karein
- Oven ko 15-20 min preheat Karen.
- Preheated oven main 180 C pe Sunhera hone tak bake karein 20-25 minutes.
- Garam Serve karein.
