Fry two onions in 1 1/2 cup oil, add zeera one table spoon then ginger and garlic one table spoon each and then add 1/2 KG mince and fry, then add whole garam masala slightly crushed along with three tea spoon salt. Now add two chopped tomato and 5 to 7 chopped green chilli, then add some water and put it on slow fire for some time to steam up. Now add 800 gms rice and appropriate amount of water and put it on slow fire for steaming up.
