Qeemay ke Parathay

Oil 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mince 250gm
Fry the mince in oil along with ginger and garlic paste.
Salt ½ tea spoon
Red chilly powder ½ tea spoon
Turmeric 1/4th tea spoon
Crushed Cumin and dry dhaniya ½ tea spoon each
Achaar gosht masala 1 ½ tea spoon

After adding all, mix half cup of water and put lid on it to steam it up for about ten minutes on low flame. Add one medium sized chopped onion, four chopped green chili and coriander as per wish and stir it up. Now put it in bread and make parathas.
