CHICKEN HAKKA NOODLES
egg noodles 1 packet
chicken 325 gram
green onions 2 stalks
green bell pepper or colored 2
cabbage 1 cup chopped coarsely
chili sauce 2 tbsp
soy sauce 3 tbsp
vinegar 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
chinese salt 1 tsp
black pepper pwd 1/2 tsp
red chili pwd to taste
salt 1 tsp
cumin pwd 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
oil 1/4 cup
eggs 2
METHOD:
first boil egg noodles as per the instruction on the packet.
then pour 2 tbsp oil in the pan and whisk eggs and add a pinch of salt.
make omelette and set it a side.
add 2 tbsp oil again and add ginger garlic paste in it.
add chicken and cook til chicken changes its color and releasing water gets dry completely.
add cabbage and bell pepper and saute 30 seconds.
all method should be done on high flame as it is chinese cooking.
then add all spices and sauces and cook 1 minute.
cut omelette in cubes and mix it in the chicken .
then add noodles and mix nicely.
check salt and pepper ,adjust all per your taste and simmer for 2 minutes then serve.
you can make it vegetarian by adding more veggies and omit chicken and eggs.
