In this video you can see how we are harvesting and preserving our figs. The fig tree can give a lot of figs in one day, which we can't eat all directly. Therefore we need to preserve them. We preserve our figs by drying them for a few days on the sun. If the figs are dry enough, we put them shortly in boiled seawater and afterwards we let them dry one more day on the sun.
