Chocolate Milkshake & Ganache Recipe By Food Fusion

Chocolate Ice-Cream Milkshake

Ingredients
Chocolate Ganache:
• Semi-sweet Chocolate chips ½ cup
• Cream ½ cup
Chocolate Milkshake:
• Chilled Milk 2 cups
• Unsweetened Cocoa powder 2 tbs
• Chocolate ganache 2 tbs
• Ice cream 2 scoops
Directions:
- To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a saucepan, when it starts simmering (don’t let boil) add it in a bowl of chocolate chips and leave for 3-4 mins. Stir until smooth.
- To make Chocolate shake, in a blender add milk, cocoa powder, chocolate ganache and ice-cream and bend until all combined.
- Decorate glass with chocolate ganache, pour chocolate shake, add whipping cream, sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve.
