Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
6-7 tbsp. Nutella spread
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
Some all-purpose flour (Maida) for dusting
Fruit of your choice
Some powdered sugar
5-6 tbsp. Chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven at 400 F/200C. Line baking tray with butter paper.
2. Cut the thawed puff pastry into 6 equal squares, using pizza cutter or knife.
3. In a bowl whisk together the egg and water. Set aside for later on use.
4. Spread 1 tbsp. of Nutella in each square. Then fold into a triangle (from one corner to opposite), and seal with the help of a fork.
5. Brush all the Nutella triangles with egg wash.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10- 12 minutes, or until turnovers are puffed up and golden brown.
7. Cool for few minutes. Then, dust with sugar, drizzle some chocolate syrup and enjoy with your favorite fruit.
