Chicken Boneless Handi - Boneless Chicken Handi Pakistani Recipe - Chicken Curry!
Ingredients You Need:
Chicken Brest: Half Kg
3 onion
3 tomato - medium size
Make tomato paste: Boil onion and tomato and make their paste.
Ingredients:
Salt 1 tea spoon
Red chilly 1 table spoon
Oil: 1/4th cup
Haldi half tea spoon
White cumin 1 tea spoon
Garam masla half tea spoon
sookhi meethi/ dry fenugreek - 1 table spoon
cream 2 table spoon
For garnishing:
Ginder
Sabz dhania/ coriander
Green chilly
NOTE: We cooked the chicken for 20 minutes in the last scene only because our chicken was not finely cooked before. If your chicken is finely cooked at start, then there is no need to pre-cook it for 20 minutes in the last. You will only need to pre-cook it for 5 minutes.
