Method:
add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, then add 1 tablespoon butter, Add flour/maida and stir so that it won't make the lumps. Add 1 glass of milk and stir. Now add 1 teaspoon sauce, then 1 teaspoon red chilly flakes and stir. After that add cream half cup and mix it well. if you are making white sauce alfredo pasta then also also some chaddar cheese for better taste. If you are using this sauce in shawarma recipe then there is no need to add cheese.
