CHICKEN CHILI 2 / HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHILI easy way
CHICKEN CHILI WITH BOILED RICE
chicken boneless 1/2 kg
for marination
corn flour 1 cup
egg 1
salt 1 tsp
B.pepper pwd 1 tsp
hot sauce 1 tbsp
green chili paste 1 tsp
soyasauce 2 tbsp
ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp each
oil for frying
mix every thing nicely and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
then fry the chicken lolipops and place then in a paper towel.
you can use these chicken lolipops as a starter in your parties
ingredients for gravy
corn flour 2 tsp
green bell pepper 1 sliced
red and yellow bell pepper sliced 1/2 each or use only green
green onion 3 stalks chopped
ginger 1 inch finely chopped
garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
green chili 2 slit
hot sauce 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2,3 tbsp
green chili paste 1 tsp
black pepper pwd 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil 1/2 cup
METHOD:
first fry G.G chopped til get a nice golden color
then stir fry green chili and bell peppers
add salt ,black pepper and all sauces
mix well then add 1 glass water and give it a boil
add corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup water.
give it a boil ,when it starts thickening add 1 glass water more or as much as you want the gravy to be thick.
add sugar and green onion
then add chicken lolipops.
mix well
simmer for 1 minute
serve with noodles or boiled rice
