Panjeeri or gond is a nutritious mix with loaded goodness of nuts, lotus seeds and gond.
Ingredients:
500 grams- semolina (sooji)
500 grams- sugar (cheni)
300 grams- desi ghee or clarified butter
200 grams- almond (badam)
200 grams- cashew nuts (kaju)
200 grams- cleaned and washed raisins (kishmish)
150 grams- pistachio (pista)
140 grams- char goond (natural gum crystals)
100 grams- melon seeds (char magaz)
100 grams- desiccated coconut (nariyal or kopra)
50 grams- lotus seeds or fox nuts (phool makhana)
1 teaspoon- green cardamom powder (sabz elaichi)
