BRING IT TO BOIL
SIRKA (VINEGAR) 2 TBS
RINSE CURDLED MILK WITH COLD WATER
STRAIN IN CHEESE CLOTH (MUMLMUL KA KAPRA)
PRESS TO STRAIN EXCES WATER
KNEAD TO FORM A SOFT DOUGH (8-10 MINS)
DIVIDE AND MAKE SMALL BALL WITH NO CRACKS
PREPARE SHEERA
CHEENI (SUGAR) 1 CUP
PANI (WATER) 1 & ¼ CUP
BRING IT TO BOIL
SIMMER FOR 6-8 MINS
SET ASIDE IN CHILLED WATER
PREPARE SWEET MILK (RABRI)
DOODH (FRESH MILK) 1 LITRE
ELAICHI (CARDAMOM) POWDER ½ TSP
PANI (WATER) 2 TBS + CORNFLOUR 1 ½ TBS
CHEENI (SUGAR) ¾ CUP OR TO TASTE
KEWRA WATER 1 TBS
BOIL UNTIL 1/3RD OF MILK REMAINS
KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN
TETRAPAK CREAM 2 TBS
REFRIGERATE FOR 1-2 HOUR
