Tarke wali moong daal Recipe in English
Ingredients:

• Oil 1 tbs
• Onion 1
• Garlic 1 tbs
• Cumin 1 tsp
• Curry leaves 4-5
• Tomato chopped 1
• Turmeric ¼ tsp
• Salt 1 tsp or to taste
• Garam masala ½ tsp
• Yellow lentil soaked for 30 mins 1 cup
• Green chili 3-4
• Coriander leaves 2 tbs
• Water 4 cups
• Ghee 2 tbs
• Button chili 3-4
• Garlic sliced 4-5 cloves
• Cumin 1 tsp
• Red chili powder ½ tsp

Directions:

• In a pan, heat oil and add onions, fry them. Add garlic, zeera, curry pata and fry with onion until brown. Add tomato, turmeric, salt, garam masala and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add moong lentil and fry for 3-4 minutes.
• Add green chilies, coriander and 4 cups of water and cook for few more minutes. Now cover and cook moong lentil until it becomes soft. Stir moong lentil in between until desired gravy. Dish out moong lentil in a bowl.
• To prepare tadka, in a frying pan heat ghee/oil and add button chillies, garlic and zeera and then red chilies, fry quickly and add to the bowl of cooked moong lentil. Delicious tadke wali Moong daal is erady to serve.



Tarke wali moong daal Recipe in urdu:

Ajza:

• Oil 1 tbs
• Pyaz 1
• Lehsan 1 tbs
• Zeera 1 tsp
• Kari pata 4-5
• Tamatar Chopped 1
• Haldi ¼ tsp
• Namak 1 tsp or to taste
• Garam masala
• Moong daal soaked for 30 mins 1 cup
• Hari mirch 3-4
• Dhania 2 tbs
• Paani 4 cups
• Ghee 2 tbs
• Sabut lal mirch 3-4
• Lehsan sliced 4-5 cloves
• Zeera 1 tsp
• Lal mirch ½ tsp

Banane ka tareeka:

• Ek degchi main oil garam karlen aur pyaz shamil karke fry Karen. Lehsan, curry pata zeera shamil karke fry Karen jab tak pyaz brown hojaye. Ab tamatar, haldi, garam masala, namak shamil karke pakayen jab tak tamatar naram hojayen. Ab daal shamil karke 3-4 min bhoon lain.
• Hari mirch, dhania aur paani shamil karke pakayen. Ab dhak ke tab tak pakne den jab tak daal gal jaye aur hazbe zaroorat shorba reh jaye, beech main chamach hilate rehna hai.
• Ab daal ek pyale main nikal lain.
• Tadka tayar karne keliye, frying pan main ghee/oil garam Karen sabut lal mirch, lehsan aur zeera shamil kar fry Karen aur lal mirch shamil karlain. Ab garam garam tarka daal ke opper phela den.
• Mazedaar tadke wali moong daal tayar hai.
