FRY UNTIL ONION ARE BROWN
CHAWAL (RICE) 1 & ½ CUP
SPLIT GREEN MONG LENTIL 1 CUP
NAMAK (SALT) 1 TSP
PANI (WATER) 4 & ½ CUPS
COVER AND COOK ON MEDIUM LOW FLAME UNTIL ½ CUP WATER REMAINS
LOWER THE FLAME AND GIVE DUM FOR 5-6 MINUTES

DAHI (YOGURT) 1 CUP
DHANIA (CORIANDER LEAVES) CHOPPED ½ TBS
