CAKE TRIFLE
milk 1/2 liter
custard powder 2 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp
whipping cream 1/2 packet
sugar for cream 1 tsp
pound cake 1 small size
banana 3
apple 1 fruit cocktail tin 1/2
cocktail syrup 1 cup
jellies any 3 flavors you like
METHOD:
BOIL milk and mix custard powder in 3 tbsp water or milk.
add sugar and dissolve it by stirring it for 2 mins.
now add custard and stir constantly
cook 2 mins and keep it a side to come up to room temperature then put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
whip the cream and mix half in custard.
now cut the cake in to slices appropriate to your dish size.
layer them in the dish and pour cocktail syrup evenly on them.
now layer fresh fruits and cocktail fruits.
pour custard on it.
spread it evenly.
now decorate it with remaining whipping cream.
decorate with colorful jellies and keep it in the fridge for another 2 hours
serve chilled.
