Lasagna Recipe in English
Ingredients:
For boiling lasagna
Lasagna sheets 9-12 sheets
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sufi cooking oil 2 tsp.
White sauce
Butter 2 tbs.
Flour 2 tbs.
Milk 2 cup
Salt 1 tsp.
Pepper 1 tsp.
Cheddar cheese 75 gms.
Oregano ½ tsp.
Red sauce
Finely chopped onion 1 medium size
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp.
Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp.
Oil 2 tbs.
Oregano 2 pinches
For stuffing & layering
Simply Sufi Seekh Kabab 12 pieces (you can add and less quantity)
Mozzarella cheese grated as much you required
Cheddar cheese 1 tabs for each layer
Directions:
Boiling Lasagna Sheet:
In a pan add 8-10 cups of water and add salt and oil. Bring it to boil and add lasagna sheet and boil for 5-6 minutes.
Strain water and rinse with cold water. Sprinkle dash of oil to avoid sticking of sheets together.
White sauce:
Put a pan on medium flame, add butter than add flour in it and gently stir.
Put the pan aside and add milk and continuous stir to avoid lumps. Now on flame and continuous stir till the sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and stir. Add oregano in it let it simmer for 30 sec.
(You can add milk if mixture becomes thick)
Red Sauce:
On medium flame add oil in a pan sauté onion 1 minute add ginger and garlic and sauté 1 more minute add pizza sauce and tomato puree. Sprinkle oregano and simmer it for 1 minute. It’s ready.
Simply Sufi seekh kabab:
Cut seekh kaba into ½ inch ring style.
Layering:
In a baking dish add red sauce in base of baking dish and then put lasagna sheets (according to baking dish length & width)one by one on it, add red sauce on top of lasagna sheet, now arrange a layer of Simply Sufi Seekh kabab rings on it then put 2 to 3 table spoon white sauce (not more than 3 tbs.), then sprinkle cheddar cheese then spread a layer of grated mozzarella cheese, now lasagna sheet and repeat same steps again till your baking dish full.
Remember top layer is mozzarella cheese.
Baking:
Preheat oven on 180 degrees. Bake lasagna for 20-25 minutes. Once golden crust of mozzarella appears on the top then turn off the oven. Put baking dish aside and cut lasagna into square shape and now it’s ready to serve.
