- PYAZ (ONION) FRIED 1 CUP
- GHEE 3 TBSP
- MIX WELL AND MARINATE FOR 5-6 HOURS
RICE PREPARATION
- WATER

TURN ON FLAME
COOK ON HIGH FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES TO BUILD UP STEAM.
LOWER THE FLAME
